BIG BREAK HAMBURG

Big Break Hamburg is widely regarded as one of the premier escape room providers in Germany.
That is one of the many reasons why I am so proud to have been working with Big Break since 2016.
Here you find a selection of my work.

THE TOY MAKER

The Toy Maker (also known as Der Spielzeugmacher) opened in 2023 at Big Break Hamburg is an award-winning, highly
immersive escape room experience centered around a mysterious, closed toy shop.

I was asked to paint the poster and to give the old toy maker his look.

TIME TRAVEL

Time Travel opened at Big Break Hamburg in 2019. In this game a professor successfully invents time travel. However, his initial trips trigger a „butterfly effect“—altering history, making people disappear, and threatening the space-time continuum. The game acts as a sequence of independent mini-environments representing distinct historical or futuristic eras. You can find this drawing I did in the game, it is part of a riddle.

INSOMNIA

In 2017 Insomnia opened at Big Break Hamburg. This escape game is a surreal, dream-therapy-themed room where players enter a sleep laboratory to travel through a bizarre dreamworld and conquer their sleep disorder. You can find this painting I did for them in the game. It’s also part of a riddle, which I think is pretty cool.
